He Shot My Arm Off! Zion Patriot, August 2, 2022 On Sunday, July 31, 2022 a masked gunman entered the Norco Market & Liquor in Norco, just east of Los Angeles, CA in an attempted robbery. The suspect can be seen in the store’s surveillance video aiming what appears to be an AR style rifle at the store owner demanding the store owner put his hands up. Unfortunately for the masked gunman, the owner of the store did raise his hands up, with a shotgun in hand and fired at and hit the gunman, who promptly turned and ran to the getaway vehicle with 3 other suspects shouting, “He shot my arm off”. The gunman was later found at an area hospital with a gunshot wound consistent with a shotgun and once released from the hospital will be booked into jail. The getaway vehicle they were using was previously reported stolen and was found with multiple stolen weapons inside. The other three men that were in the vehicle at the time of the robbery were also arrested and booked into jail. “In this case, a lawfully armed member of our community prevented a violent crime and ensured their own safety, while being confronted with multiple armed suspects.”Riverside County Sheriff’s Office The owner of the gun store, who is 80 years old is recovering from a heart attack he suffered shortly after the incident and is expected to be back in the store this week. We’re surprised (and glad) that the store owner was not arrested, being this is in California. It seems that criminals seem to have more rights than the victims in the golden state. It seems that California’s progressive leaders are more interested in taking away residents rights to protection than protecting the residents. We’re willing to bet that the suspects are firearms restricted already, proving that more laws to restrict them from owning guns won’t keep them from owning guns. Here’s hoping these baddies are not released like most other criminals by a very lenient D.A. Good Guy With a Gun
