Miller v. Bonta Decision – Oct 2023

Judge Benitez has ruled that California’s “Assault Weapon Ban” is unconstitutional. The decision is well worth a read – all 56 pages of it. I am posting a copy of it here just in case it is “memory holed” ala 1984.
